Starships are the human conveyance in voyages of the imagination and they take different forms. In this series of lessons I will show you how I draw starships. I will take you through the foundations of drawing and design, making friends along the way with line, shadow, and perspective. Then we will explore the different kinds of starships and how their functions affect their look and feel. The philosophy of starship design in an era where starships do not actually exist is where the fun begins.

Materials Required:

• White bond printer paper
• Black ink ball point pen (standard ink, try to avoid rollerball pens)
